Magnolia House

Fayetteville, Arkansas

The first certified Passive House building in the state of Arkansas, the Magnolia House uses 20-30% of the energy of a comparable code-built house. Besides certification from the Passive House Institute US, the house received the US DOE Zero Ready, the EPA’s Indoor Air Quality Plus certification, and Energy Star Certification.
